Each golfer’s Total Differential at Start of Year (Jan. 1) is compared with his/her current (End of Year) Differential. Factor = “(Total Differential at Start of Year x 0.96) + K” divided by “Current (End of Year) Total Differential x 0.96 + K”. K = 12 (18 holes), 6 (9 holes). The player with the highest improvement Factor on 12/15 will receive the year’s Most Improved Golfer award.
